Developed 4 acres of Farm-Rural property into a Residential
community containing ten lots averaging one-third acre. Prepared 22-Acre
Preliminary Plat and Storm Water Management Plan. Performed Topographic
Survey. Prepared 4-Acre Final Plat, Zoning Application and required off-site
Easements. Represented Client in negotiations with the City of Corpus Christi.
Prepared Construction Documents including design of Paving, Grading, Storm
Drainage, Water Supply and Sanitary Sewer System. In the construction phase,
RVE assisted with construction bids and construction administration, as
well as performing construction staking. |
