Inspection of 10 dams per TNRCC requirements. Included
a review of existing data from TNRCC files and an on-site visual inspection
of each dam using guidelines and checklists developed by client. Reports
documented findings and noted deficiencies. Reports included basic information
provided by TNRCC, an overview/background of dam and deficiencies, current
inspection observations, recommendations for corrective action, hazard
classification, hydraulic adequacy of spillway, conclusions of overall
condition, photographs, sketch of dam, inspection checklist, location map
and inventory update sheet. |
