- A Texas-registered professional engineer with
18 years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
His experience includes new street design, street rehabilitation, drainage
plans, underground and above-ground stormwater collection and conveyance
systems, water distribution systems including waterlines, booster pump
stations and ground storage tanks, wastewater collection systems, wastewater
lift stations, wastewater forcemains, rehabilitation of water and wastewater
systems, water quality and stormwater management facilities, stormwater
pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), best management practices, site grading
and commercial and residential land development. As a project manager,
Mr. Jones has experience in all facets of the development process including
project coordination and communication, feasibility due diligence studies,
land acquisition, land planning and platting, construction plans - design
and preparation, processing construction documents, preparation of contract
documents and specifications, bidding processes and construction administration
from the pre-construction meeting to final acceptance and AS-BUILTS. He
maintains a high standard of quality and value engineering on all of his
construction projects. In addition, he maintains good relationships with
numerous city, county and state agencies throughout the State of Texas
and has an excellent track record of processing and permitting his projects
at an above-average pace. Mr. Jones is adept at numerous Microsoft-based
programs, is an advanced AutoCAD user and is knowledgeable in current surveying
technologies and requirements.
