Performs topographic surveys, boundary surveys, pipeline surveys, well location surveys, construction staking and drainage analysis. Has performed a bridge construction inspection on a prestressed concrete box beam bridge crossing the Copano Bay in Aransas and Refugio Counties. He has performed bridge inspections and evaluations on approximately 800 bridges in the Texas area.
