RVE, Inc. is the beneficiary of a long succession of professional engineers beginning in 1959 with the formation of a primarily structural engineering firm by William B. Ogletree, P.E.  The firm has changed ownership and names since 1959, but has maintained a dedicated commitment to service begun by Mr. Ogletree.  All records and client histories remain on file from the beginning.  We are honored to have retained many clients for decades, still serving them today; Client 2 – US Navy, Client 5 – Sherwin Alumina (Formerly Reynolds), Client 6 – Port of Corpus Christi, Client 7 – City of Corpus Christi, and many others.

Our client base has grown to more than 800 and includes a diverse mix; city, county, state, federal, military, port authorities, commercial, industry, oil and gas, land developers, and private individuals.  The firm has also grown into a multi-service civil engineering and surveying firm offering a variety of services.  We offer our clients a comprehensive selection of services that can include feasibility studies, planning, design, bid assistance, construction inspection and complete project management.
